In-House Delivery within Nairobi
Devices Kenya Ltd offers secure and affordable in-house delivery services within Nairobi and its environs.

Delivery Outside Nairobi
For clients located outside Nairobi, we work with reliable shipping partners, including Fargo Couriers and G4S Courier, to ensure your order reaches you safely.

Shipping Fees and Free Delivery

  • Free delivery within Nairobi: Goods worth KSh 35,000 and above for packages that can be ferried on motorbikes are eligible for free delivery.
  • Delivery fees for smaller orders: Goods worth less than KSh 35,000 will incur a delivery fee of less than KSh 500, depending on the delivery location.
  • Orders outside Nairobi: Please contact us for shipping estimates through our shipping partners.

Fragile and Delicate Items
For fragile or delicate products, we recommend that clients arrange insurance to cover the product while in transit.

Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Orders received before 4 PM will be dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 4 PM will be dispatched the next day.
  • Orders placed from outside Nairobi allow the client to choose payment on order or payment on delivery.
  • Orders that require sourcing from distributors will be dispatched within 2 hours from the time of placing the order.
